New account opening instructions effective immediately.
- Complete your online application, note the reference number provided
- Please ignore the automated email from ‘No Reply Report’ that goes out automatically upon application completion. Do not mail a void cheque or bank draft to our office.
- Our staff will send you an email using Proof Point Secure Share with the reference number from step 1 above so you know it is from us.
- This email will provide details on what personal identifications are acceptable and how to submit them.
Once processing is complete, we will send your online banking credentials to you using the same secure email. You will find one cent in your account upon logging in. This allows us to activate your account.
